At BariatricPal Shop, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your new apparel. If your purchase doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Return

Log in to your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Place the unwashed and unworn apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all manufacturer tags remain securely attached to the garments.

Print and Attach Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
